Number format

Hi,

Using the variable templates, when i add the [INVOICECHARGES] or [INVOICEBALANCE] variables

it is written "2 500,00"
But i need "2.500,00"

How can i solve this problem?

I have identified this problem, when i select "NL" as language under "mail and actions"

So for english: 2,500.00 is ok
For Dutch: 2 500,00 but it should be 2.500,00 (can i format the number?)
For spanish 2.500,00 is ok

Sorry the system uses the English format. This can not be changed.

but when i select "spanish languages" (ES) it changes from 2,500.00 to 2.500,00 so it can be changed in some cases.

The thing is that if i select NL as language, the number is written: 2 500,00 (with a space!) - so thats not English

Please use the NUM versions of the template variables.

[INVOICECHARGESNUM] - As per [INVOICECHARGES] but the value is displayed with a decimal point and no thousands separator (for calculation)

[INVOICEBALANCENUM] - As per [INVOICEBALANCE] but the value is displayed with a decimal point and no thousands separator (for calculation).

Then check if this gives the results you need

I have tried with [INVOICECHARGESNUM] and it shows << € 1093.95 euro >>
I need << 1.093,95 >> for Ducth language, so it is not working
I have this problem for Dutch only, the rest of the languages are ok.

I dont understand why it shows a space << 1 093,95 >>

I have also tried with [INVOICECHARGESNUM:THO] and [INVOICECHARGES:THO] But no success

Hello,

we have a similar issue with the invoice form for the GERMAN format:

[INVOICE:QTY_PRI_VAP_VAA_TOT_CUA€_VAT_GRT_NIN]
delivers the correct format, depending on the language (automatically)

[INVOICECHARGESNUM]
returns just the English format and does not consider the language.
