[RESOLVED] Booking.com - Issues with Reservations API - 2025-10-16

Booking.com have an ongoing issue with the delivery of Reservations to Beds24.

Start :- 2025-10-16, 11:10:26 (GMT+2)
End :- 2025-10-16 23:53:58 (GMT+2)

Booking reported multiple issues with Reservations, we have imported the missing bookings/reservations as they were made available by Booking.com.

If you have any missed bookings, them please go to Settings > Channel Manager > Booking.com > Mapping and click 'Import Existing bookings' button.

Please let us know if you there are still missing bookings after the step above.

If you have any overbookings, please contact Booking.com and point to the report on their website.

If this caused overbookings please contact Booking.com support and refer to incident 503.
