Limited reservation per client or agent

How can I restrict a number of rooms people can book to a maximum of three for example?
So now people can book all the rooms I have in a period but if we decide that we don't want that due to varity of all or guest how can we define that in Beds24

You can setup a Room with the Max number of bookings you want to accept and using dependencies to manage the overall inventory.
