Hi,
I've been finding that the Auto Actions sometimes don't have any effect.
So far I'm only using them to set the flag text and flag colour on new bookings according to various triggers - e.g. channel, referrer, or text in certain fields.
The Auto Actions I've set up are very simple, each one is based on only one criteria and there are no overlaps of conflicts.
The ones triggered on Channel seem ok - the channel is know at the time the booking appears. But in some cases I have to set a referrer (for example) after the booking is created and then the Auto Action is sometimes effective, sometimes not.
I*ve tried making te Trigger Window longer but still some bookings are never updated as they should be by the relevant action.
I*ve tried the manual "Test" option on these bookings but it has no effect on the booking itself.
I wonder how often these Action trigger conditions are checked?
Is there any way to make the Auto Actions more reliable?

Hello,
You can set your Auto Actions to 'Execute' multiple times, go to the Booking tab of the Auto Action, so if you are changing information in the booking after the window of the trigger.
On the Trigger Tab of the Auto action, you can set Booking Source = Direct, this will trigger for all booking that is from your own website, - Non Channels.
If you still have problems, please create a support ticket and we can check your setup and provide specific information.

Good to hear you got this sorted. Auto Actions run about every 15 minutes.
Hi, We have a case open about this now 95910.
One thing is that we can see what has been changed in the Log-tab on the booking.
Also it seems that if we have a booking open to work on when the Auto Action triggers, and then save the booking we overwrite the effect of the Auto Action.
It would be good to have confirmation that this is what happens and any suggestion about how to avoid the problem.
Also - once overwritten by that "save" the Auto Action doesn't seem to trigger again even though set to repeat - which I don't understand
