I do not receive the The encrypted CCV code when I receive the booking confirmation through late rooms

Is this for bookings from an OTA? If the security code is not in the email it the channel did not sent to us. Please ask your account manager at the channel to make sure to only accept bookings with CCV always send it to Beds24.
