Channel Manager Synchronizer

Good day! Kindly have someone get in touch with me via Skype to discuss about Channel Manager feature as we are highly interested to migrate our booking systems with you guys to merge 2 different accounts that we have in AirBnB.com and Booking.com. This way, we can synchronize the management of our booking reservation process in just common platform which I think is something that you guys could offer. My Skype ID is aloe.belascuain. Best is to set the properties and all rates up in Beds24 first and import existing bookings or at least block already booked dates. You might find these instructions

For Booking.com we have the option to automatically import all upcoming bookings. We recommend to use this method because for bookings imported directly from Booking.com we will then be able to automatically import changes. You can use this function when the channel manager is set up but not activated. The button is available in SETTINGS->CHANNEL MANAGER->BOOKING.COM.
Other bookings can be uploaded as a .csv file through our API (http:/api.beds24.com/).
This is how you do it:
1. Export your bookings into a .csv file
2. Go to http:/api.beds24.com/
3. Click on https:/api.beds24.com/getbookingscsv.php
4. Download a sample file so you have the correct format
5. Open the file in a Excel or similar and dd your existing bookings in exactly the same format into the file
5. Upload the modified .csv file t via https:/api.beds24.com/putbookingscsv.php
The instructions in https:/api.beds24.com/putbookingscsv.php explain the procedure in detail.
When you are ready prepare your channel manager connections. When you go to SETTINGS->CHANNEL MANAGER->BOOKING.COM (for example) and click on HELP (top right menu) you will find detailed instructions for this channel.

Do we have to do the import and export of calendars everyday to make sure that dates are blocked accordingly?

Once you have successfully set up the channel connections the synchronisation is automatic. Hi, i have a problem with bookings from Expedia, they are not synchronizing with beds24. I get notification of the booking by e-mail but i see nothing on my beds24 system, and it used to be automatic. Is there anything I can do? I couldn´t find a straight way to reach beds24.

This is how I answered your other post: It sounds like you Expedia account is not set to send bookings. Have you checked this?
