I am using Mozilla Firefox all the time.
And for a while it was ok. The bottom scroll bar was visible all the time. Now for some reason it is not.
This is really very frustrating to use and you should do something about it. You can not blame the Firefox for it.
You should do something about the user interface of Beds24 in general, because it is very outdated. There are more and more new solutions on market for Property management and I am afraid that you wont be able to stand out of the mass. I dont know how will you gain new costumers with this design.
You should really do something about it because you wont get any new customers and you wont have resource to upgrade fast enough to follow fast development of this rental industry.
You made a great software but with outdated design.
Beds24 improvments suggestions

Really there's nothing wrong with the design. Works and works well. I've been involved in internet technology since 1987 and have seen a lot of "pretty" things and it doesn't necessary mean it works well.
I've ditched Mozilla Firefox long ago for Chrome. It's less "clunky" IMHO. You also have to realize that FF only commands 7.5 % of the browsers used out there. IE 11 still still about 25%. Believe it or not IE 8 is still at 11% as of the end of last year. That was shipped with now depreciated Win XP however still live on Vista. It's extremely difficult to program a UI with such a variety of browsers out there each having their own "quirks".
It's not unreasonable for a software developer to recommend using "another" browser over another one to work with their product.
If you've read Annette's newletter of Jan 13 last paragraph:
Cheers!

I am certainly looking forward to it.What is next?
In 2016 we have already started working on more features which will help you manage your guests and increase bookings and revenue. Our next focus will be on guest management and mobile functionality for the control panel.
Cheers!

Thank you.
Now there is a scroll bar in Firefox always visible. I dont know if you did something but it works again.
@genellehouse
Regarding the Browsers
I prefere Firefox better than Chrome. At least Firefox doesn't spy on its users like Chrome.
And I am also very happy about the announcement about the features which will help us manage our guests and mobile functionality.
It would be nice to know which thing will be introduced regarding guest management.

Is it possible to customize the Dashboard tables?
So I can remove some columns or add some new ones.

We are working on a new version of the dashboard which will have this functionality. Out of interest - which columns do you want to add and which ones do you want to hide?

I would like to add the "Referrer" column
And in my case I would like to remove "Room name" (because in my case each property has just one room so the property name is enough)

Dear team,
in my particular case I have sometimes a need for more variable fields in order to make e-mails more automatic and not need to create for each property a particular e-mail template.
Would be great to have some variable as [PROPERTYTEXT1],[PROPERTYTEXT2],[PROPERTYTEXT3],[ROOMTEXT1],[ROOMTEXT2],[ROOMTEXT3], where I could add different text information basd on my needs for each apartment. For example some app. would like to provide some additional information to guests before they arrive and there I would be able to add those information.
Than I miss something which is used also in the e-mail communication before guests arrival, as [ROOMCHECKINTIME], [ROOMCHECKOUTTIME]. Can also be on property level. but if you have different apartments in same zone it can be easier for the cleaning team to organize their resources if they have different check-in and check-out times.
Thank you.
Best Regards,
Stefano

There are a number of property template variables, see https://wiki.beds24.com/index.php?title ... _Variablesstefanob wrote: Would be great to have some variable as [PROPERTYTEXT1],[PROPERTYTEXT2],[PROPERTYTEXT3],[ROOMTEXT1],[ROOMTEXT2],[ROOMTEXT3], where I could add different text information basd on my needs for each apartment. You could reuse any of them that you are not currently using for your purpose.

I Agree with Stefanob.
You should make those custom text variables for rooms and properties.
The one you have are not enough for what we need.
For example I would like to add in some useful information for the guest (What to see, where to go etc.)
Now I have to add it manually in each automated e-mail. And After if I want to add something or change something I have to change ti numerous times for each automated e-mail. With template variable it could be changed easily only once on one place.
Also it would be great to have variables (or something for images) so I can add property image that will appear in the e-mail. If I want to change the image I can do it than just on one place and not going in every e-mail to change it separately.

We have added 4 new template variables which can represent property specific information. They are:
[PROPERTYTEMPLATE1]
[PROPERTYTEMPLATE2]
[PROPERTYTEMPLATE3]
[PROPERTYTEMPLATE4]
Texts can be entered in SETTINGS->PROPERTIES->DESCRIPTION.
