Can the admin panel be features in different languages or only English?

Thanks superhote, what you'd mentioned is related to the language the admin panel communicates to your site, emails, confirmation as such. We are aware of this.

My question was related to the actual admin panel itself, can it feature different languages?

The admin panel is available in English, German and partially in Spanish
