Hello,

I'm currently testing the tool, but I'm a bit skeptical about the booking confirmations.

I patiently filled out the confirmation template in Guest Management / Confirmation Messages. The guest receives the confirmation exactly as I want it, which is great.

However, on the hotel side, I also receive this same confirmation plus a second one, probably from the system, which is really...basic (plain text, like notepad text).

I thought I read that it's impossible to avoid receiving this second message, so it might be redirected via a filter in the email system.

I'd now like to see what a booking confirmation received through Booking.com, Expedia, or another site looks like to see if the formats are standardized.

However, if all the bookings I receive have the same format as the one I'm going to redirect in the email system...yuck.

How can I see what a booking confirmation email looks like when made through Booking.com?

I know I can automate a unified confirmation via "auto Action," but the problem is that I tested it, and firstly, the generated email only arrives an hour and a half later, and secondly, it only worked for a short time. but I suppose I did something wrong... :oops:

If you need to see the confirmation emails for channel bookings, then you will need to connect your Beds24 account to the channel and then make a booking. We can not simulate a channel booking/confirmation message.

Host notifications can be seen in Settings > Account > Host Notifications, you have the option to setup 'Additional Booking Notification Email' if you need different info/email address.

You can add some additional information Settings > Account > Host Notifications > Standard Notification Emails > Custom Message, you can use Template variables in this field if you require additional information from the booking details.
