Bed24 Mobile App - Unit

We provide our team with a tablet which allows them to check in and out guests using the Beds24 Mobile Booking App. They can also use it to see if they have any extras or breakfast booked without having to log into the main back office.

We are refurbishing the hotel and have converted some older rooms into a more modern style with larger beds as well as some new family rooms. Deleting the 'old' room from the system would delete all historic bookings and sales data, so we opted to 'discontinue' the room instead and remove / hide from sale. This would attract a room charge on Beds24 as an additional unit (which we are aware of).

Now that the rooms have been refurbished, the existing room types have since been amended into a new room type or unit number on Beds24. Therefore, utilising the room / unit charges we currently pay for and not adding additional. We've changed everything in the back office to include the unit number with everything working perfectly fine when we have made these amends.

However, the only snag we are finding is that the app is showing the team an incorrect room number for the arrival or current guests data. It is showing them the 'historic' room and unit. I have looked all through the settings and i'm unable to find anywhere where it would now pull this information from as everything was changed (either that or i'm not looking in the right place).

It is causing some issues as the team are checking guests into the wrong rooms / types that they have booked and paid for. Any suggestions?

Please create a Support ticket with the details including a booking id and screenshots, then the support team can investigate and assist you.
