We are a small property, only 4 units currently. We have our properties on our own website as well as on VRBO and Airbnb.
We are having a major issues with taxes when we receive an Airbnb reservation. I have changed all the custom tax settings on Airbnb, but every time the system sync's it changes back to default settings on Airbnb. We need to charge state occupancy, county occupancy, and sales tax. Airbnb default is only charging state occupancy. Airbnb says is an issue with Beds24, but all of my taxes are correct in Beds 24. Can anyone help with this issue??

Please reach out to us via a support ticket from the SUPPORT button at the top of your Airbnb account so we can check your settings and what sends to Airbnb.
