I am trying to get my rooms synchronised with Agoda but just keep receiving " The following message was returned by Agoda.com while trying to update Standard Twin
Updates may be failing until this error is corrected.
The message should contain a description of the error. If you do not understand this message please contact Beds24 support.

My room code with Agoda has ID before the numbers, do I enter the ID or just the numbers ?

Please check if your codes are entered correctly. If they are please contact Agoda and ask them to check if you are connected to the Beds24.com channel manager.
