Airbnb cancellation policy

Hi,
We have a big problem with Airbnb cancellation policies.

Under Channel manager > Airbnb > specific content
I can select a large list of cancellations policy (6 options), and that ok.

But if you are using rate plans, the cancellation policy is different for each rate plan

I go to Channel manager > Airbnb > rate plans
Here i have less options and some of them are not accepted.
For example, the Strict-14-with-grace-period is not longer accepted and It gives you an error.
But more important, some cancellation policies are missing here (strict, firm). Why?

Airbnb rate plans have very limited functionality, if possible we recommend you use Per occupancy pricing if you want to send occupancy based pricing AND prices for different length of stays.

If you use Per day pricing, then you can set the discounts in Settings > Channel Manager > Airbnb > Specific Content > Pricing Rules.

You also have the option to set the Non refundable discount in the Rules section.

If anyone uses "rate plans," I found a solution.

Log in to Airbnb, go to the calendar, then to manage rate plans, and there you can modify the cancellation policy.

If you go back to Beds24, you'll see that the cancellation policy has been modified to an option that isn't available on Beds24, but it works.
In other words, Airbnb has more options than Beds24 for "rate plans", which doesn't make sense.

Thru beds24 you have 6 cancellation policies to choose from (but 1 of them is not accepted, you can not save it), so 5 options in total.
And thru airbnb you have 8 options.
