Airbnb commission scheme

Hi,
We have a problem with the commissions charged by airbnb

2 examples:

Reservation #1
Price: 380 euros
Airbnb charge: 94,50 euros (no VAT here)

Reservation #2
Price: 360 euros
Airbnb charge: 91,50 euros (no VAT here)
This a 25,40%

I have asked them several times, and the last replys was:

In another part, they say:

You are charged a fee between 14.2 and 16% of the total amount of the reservation by being connected to the Connected Host Software and because the host pays only this amount plus 21% VAT.

What is the problem? Is Beds24.com charging any commission thru airbnb?
What relationship does the use of beds have with the commission that airbnb charges me?

Beds24 does not charge commission on any bookings.

Beds24 has no influence on the fees or commissions Airbnb charges you or your guests. This is a commercial issue between you and Airbnb.

Airbnb say it's a problem with beds24, in beds24 say it's a problem with airbnb (which is the most logical thing), but I still have the problem.

Beds24 never charges any commission on bookings.
