disconnection from booking.com

im unable to update anything on booking. in the booking extranet on the calendar for each unit it says "rate closed".

does anyone know how to open the connection again????

Most likely you have not set the connection up properly. Please see these instructions: https://wiki.beds24.com/index.php/Booki ... ailability

Also make sure you have appropriate prices which are activated for Booking.com.
