Hello,
I am sure there is probably another topic somewhere about this, but when I tried to search the query ignored all the applicable terms so... I just started a new topic.
Given the December 1st date with AIrbnb removing guest information from iCal we are forced to do a full migration to XML. However, we are a professional hosting company and manage multiple airbnb accounts using the co-hosting feature. I understand that co-hosting will not be supported under XML so... we need to figure out a solution to centrally manage multiple Airbnb accounts from Beds24.
How do we do that? DO we create a new sub account within Beds24 the connects to each Airbnb account, and then use our master account to see them? If so, will the communication with guests from the subaccounts be centralized on the master account?
Thanks in advance for your help.
Greg

You are right. Airbnb does not allow co-hosts to use the XML connection. You will need to make the connection from with host account.
If you manage multiple host accounts you can set up a sub account containing the hosts properties for each Airbnb host account in Beds24.
For detailed instruction please see here: https://wiki.beds24.com/index.php/AirBnB.com_XML

Thank you for your reply. I have a followup question(s):
Will messages from the Airbnb guests be view-able in Beds24? If so, can we respond? And if so, can the master account respond to the guests that messaged us through the subaccounts?
