I can not seem to get my SMS auto action to work.
What i am doing:
Under Guest Management i have a confirmation email created, within this auto confirmation email, i have a SMS set up.
SMS - Enabled
Phone Number [GUESTPHONE]
then the message.
this is not sending out. Does the number have to be in a certain format? I've tried changed my test reservation number from having dashes to no dashes and it doesn't seem to be working.
Any help is appreciated.

The numbers need to have international format including the country code. If this is the case and you still see problems please send us a support ticket with the booking number so we can check.

I have added the +1 in front of the [GUESTPHONE] and it still hasn't worked?
