Banning Guests
We all get guests who we earnestly hope never return. How about some way of banning repeat guests, that either doesn't accept their booking in the first place, or raises a warning flag when a booking comes through with a banned name, email address, or phone number?

You can automatically set a flag if a booking contains a certain text for example an Email address or a name. The trigger is "Booking Filed Contains".
Thanks Annette; hadn't found that before. Only the last name seems to be available as a trigger option from the three suggested; I tried this using a recent problem booking but the action was not triggered, so I must have done something wrong. Could you consider including other fields as triggers (ie phone number, email address)?
