I don't know if this was already covered. I am subject to a lodging tax of 3.5% only applicable on the room price and not on otehr upsell items. THis liodging tax is subject to VAT. How can i configure my rates to get a tax report for the lodging tax?

You can setup an obligatory upsell item as your tax value so it is added to the room price.

Obligatory percentage upsells only apply to the room price and upsells defined before them so you can add your non taxable upsell items after the tax item so the tax is not applied to them
