Hi,

I have just setup an agent subaccount. In another account, the admin account, I have setup rates. When logged in at the agent subaccount, one can add a new booking, but no rates are shown. I have tried many things now, but can't understand why rates in the agent subaccount are not shown. Please explain how a rate for an agent subaccount can be shown.

Prices are hidden from the Agent role.

There is a new role "Agent 2" that we are working on to support prices. It is available in the account role selector.

We are currently working on a new agent role which will allow this.
