Collecting balance of payment?
We have set up your software on our web-site and I have a question. We are requiring our customers to pay 50% of their reservation up front, which I have set up. Do we have to automatically go back into the reservation software and charge the remaining 50% balance or is this done automatically?

No, this is not automatic. You are able to collect the rest of the payment upon arrival in cash or by any other method acceptable to you.

This function with a guest login area is planned for development later in this year. At the moment you can send a payment request with a paypal pay now button (see template variables) or if you are using stripe, you can charge the guests card directly.davewag wrote:Is it possible for a Guest who has paid the deposit to return to the site and pay the balance?
