We have a property that we have been renting very simply for a few years. Eg. The price is £100 per night all year round and on all sites, TripAdvisor, Airbnb,Booking.com and our own website using Beds24.
Our best clients come from Airbnb, TripAdvisor and our own website as these guests pay upfront and very rarely cancel.
We would now like to set up seasonal pricing (various pricing throughout the year) and are unsure how to do this.
As the commission charges are similar or nil on this group of sites we can keep the pricing the same with in the group.

With Booking.com we would like to set up completely different rates and only offer certain dates throughout the year and not all year round.
The problem seems to be leaving Booking.com out of this group.
Can anyone help explain what we need to do?
Do we need to delete our old channels and rates completely and start again?
Any help and advise would be much appreciated, Thank you.

Ian.

You can create multiple rates and set start and end dates for them corresponding to your seasons, each rate can have it's own price.

The menu Settings > Channel Manager > Channel Inventory allows you to restrict or close dates at specific channels.

If you need to send different prices to different channels, you can do this by creating rates for each price and selecting which channels it can send to on the rates channels tab
