Hi,

I have set up a rate:

first night: 2 December
last night: 4 December
minimum stay: 2 nights
maximum stay: 2 nights
price per: 2 nights
strategy: Do not allow lower prices or shorter stays - lower prices or shorter stays (if this rates minimum stay is greater than one) will not be allowed (Note for channel management: if you use multiple rate codes this blocks only this rate code)

So I want that a guest can only book this rate from 2-4 December. But with the settings as above a guest apparently can still select this rate in the booking form from 3-5 December. Which setting I have to use so that a guest can only select check in 2 Dec, checkout 4 Dec and when selecting 5-7 December would then show 'no availability'?

In the rate, deselect "check-in allowed" on the 3rd and 4th (for December 2017 this would be Sunday and Monday)
