I have a property with 2 rooms. It is 2 apartment. I need to set a specific cleaning fee for each of them, 60$ for the 1st one and 80$ for the second. I can only specify an upsell item for the property. How can I do a specific fee depending of the room?

You can create both upsells and in the rate for each room, select only the appropriate one for that room on the Upsell menu tab.

This will cause the correct upsell to be used with each rate.

In the upsell menu, there is only the choice of the property, not of the individual room. I cannot find where I can assign a specific upsell item to a specific room?

You can enable/disable upsells per rate. Look in the tab called upsell when you are editing the rate.

I must use daily price because I am linked with prices so for dynamic pricing

Daily prices cannot specify the upsell like rates can.
The only way is to create a property for each room.
