Invoice rates shows different amount then Add booking / Rate

Hi. I don't get this one, please help me out. I have set up rates. If I add a booking and select the rate, the invoice shows a higher NET rate then in the box 'charges and payments' of the 'add booking box'. How to get the correct amount displayed in the invoice? Please answer, it's urgent - still testing and setting up - and I am excited to start to use your program.
