Hi there,

I cannot see the Voucher Code input field anywhere in my booking form. I'm using the iframe version of the form in my website.

Also how are voucher discounts applied over the top of other discounts in the rate? E.g. For one of our rooms, guests pay $250 per night (single night) and $225 per night (multi-night). WIll a 10% voucher discount reduce by $25 or $22.50 (per night) for multi-night stay?

The field will be shown if a daily price or a rate for which the voucher code is activated in the "Discounts" tab of the rates applies to the guests selection.

The voucher code is not activated for the rate which applies to this booking (Rate 111036). To activate it open the rate go to the "Discounts" tab.

Hi Annette,

I don't want it activated for that rate. I want it activated for the Oscars Promo rate (113079) so that I can only have the rate available for certain dates.

The standard rate for each suite is available throughout the year. The Oscars Promo rate is only set up for certain dates.

Why is the Oscars Promo rate not being offered when making a booking?

The field for the voucher will show when this rate applies. Price Check Tool' hows you which rates and rules apply for specific dates//selections. You can find links to the 'Price Check Tool' on the RATES, CALENDAR and SUPPORT pages.

As you can see in my initial Price Check tool screen shot, the rate DOES apply for the dates selected.
