Hi,

I would like to have a special rate for month x and y.

Usually the min stay is 3 days - during month x and y the min stay can be 1 day.
If - during those two months - a guest stays < 3 days there will be an extra amount of E € charged.
If - during those two months - a guest says >= 3 days the extra fee will NOT be charged.

How can I implement those rules ?

As I know you have to set new rate for those periods with the minimum stay 1 day and bigger price.
Also you have to set another rate if guests stay more than 3 nights with the lower rate.
and that is it

Zagrebpoint's answer is the best way to do it, especially if you are using channel management because both the 1 night and 3 night prices can be sent to channels which support it.

If you only need this pricing on your own booking page, an alternative is to make the higher one night rate and use the discount rules within the rate to offer a discount for 3 or more nights. This way you only need to create one rate but the discount will not be available for channel management.
