When setting up a Rate, on the Upsell tab, an item can only be assgned to all rooms that are applied to that rate or none. Would it be possible to be able to choose which rooms an item applies to? This would save me having to create a new rate just for 1 room.

Sorry but you will need to setup an individual rate for the room with the different upsell item rules.

Upsell items can be allowed or disallowed per rate and if the rate is linked to multiple rooms the upsell item will also be linked to each of those rooms.
