Hi
We are looking at using Offers for each room (eg rack rate, summer rate, last minute rate, special date rate) and understand that to do this we have to add a new Rate for each each Offer, for each room.
That is, if we want 4 different Offers (say the 4 example Offers above) and we have 10 rooms we need to add 4*10 = 40 Rates.
In addition to that, we are also using 4 Rows for each room (ie Member rate, Member Child rate, Non Member Rate, Non Member Child Rate).
This means we have 4 Rates (one for each row) already for each room.
What I'm saying is, I believe we would need 160 Rates (10 rooms * 4 Rows * 4 Offers) to achieve what we are after.
Doing this manually would be very time consuming but also more importantly open to errors
Is it possible for us to "design" all 160 Rates in say EXCEL (using the same fields as BEDS24) and then export a csv file and then import this into Beds24? Thanks
Importing multiple Rates

There are API functions to export and import rates to CSV format for spreadsheets.
http://api.beds24.com/
If the rates have a fixed relationship, for example offer two is always priced a certain percentage offset from offer one you can link a rate to both offers. The settings to link them are on the ROOMS tab of each rate and will become available once you have enabled the offers.
