Discount for members

Is it possible to identify is a bed in a hostel is being booked for a Member or a Non Member. If so I'm trying to identify this an provide a % discount for the member. Thanks
There are a few ways to offer discounts.
1) Use a Discount Voucher Code to apply a discount if it is entered with the booking.
2) Use the referer discounts in rates to lower the prices for a booking page with the referer value and make this booking page only available to people who should see the lower prices.
