Age Limit

I want to change the age limit for kids staying with us from 10 to 14 years old but I can't find where to do that. Please walk me through this.

Go to PROPERTIES->BOOKING RULES. You will find the setting at the bottom.

I seem to have the new control panel.
Where would I find that?

Obviously I see new control panel
Where can I define age limit for children and can i create to different age groups for children?

You can set one children price in the rates but not prices for different age groups. If children under a certain age are free you can exchange the text for 'Child' and 'Children' in SETTINGS->BOOKING PAGE->DEVELOPERS 'CUSTOM TEXT'. For instructions please use the context help (? icons) and click on HELP (top right menu) of this page.
If you want to ask the guest the total number of children you can set up a 'Custom Question' in SETTINGS->PROPERTIES->BOOKING QUESTIONS.
