We are running a weekday discount price for our lodges from May to November. The normal rate for our lodging will be offered every day in March, April, and Friday through Sunday the rest of the year with weekday prices Monday through Thursday. I have both set as a fixed price. My prices are working for every day unless someone books 2 nights starting on a Monday. For some reason it is not picking up the weekday price but if we select a 3-day starting on Monday the weekday price works. I am not sure what else I can do to make a Monday night check-in for 2 nights work. Any help is appreciated.

Please reopen the ticket you have raised so the Support team can check your setup.

You need to ensure you have ticked the days of the week that the Fixed prices are ALLOWED, you have ticked all days of the week in one of your Fixed Prices.

That is because the price is fixed for every day until May 1. I have created another fixed price for weekends only, which still will not allow the weekday price for Monday with two nights.

Support was no help.

We can only resolve Support issues via the ticket system. Please re-open the support ticket so the team can assist you.
