In Prices > Daily Price Rules, here, I can set a price for extra person.

Example:
Price for 2 people (80/night)
Extra person: +10% (so 3 people = 88 euros, and 4 people = 96 euros)

This is because in high season the price is much higher than in low season, therefore having a % is more useful than having a fixed amount.

You can create a LINKED daily price, and the Offset can be for a fixed amount or a percentage.

Set the daily price - Price for = 3 people, leave the extra person field empty.

Link to Daily Price (for 2 people) and set the Offset Percentage as you need.

You will also need a daily price for 4 people.

Remove the Extra person price from the initial daily price.
