Hello,
I want to create a rate which is fixed for 14 days. As soon as guest selects 14 nights the total booking amount should show a fixed rate instead of calculating based on nightly rate. Is this some thing possible? Would like to do this for our property for Quarantine special 14 days.
If so how to create this rate.

You can set the details for the booking page when you go to Booking Engine > Property Booking Page > Total Price Style and use 'Total for all nights' this will show the total price rather than an average per night.

You could set up a new offer called quarantine and attach it to a rate were inside the rate setup you can select 'Prices Per' and set this as 14 nights. Then in room price set the price for the 14 nights. Set the offer to show only if available and when someone selects 14 nights the offer will display with the price you set in the rate.
