Special rates via a code / referral / link

I want to create a promotion via Instagram where I am going to offer special rates for the promotion.
I only want the rates available to those that respond to that promotion and not have them generally available for all that visit the website and would have booked normal non promo rates.
Is there a way via a special URL / code / referral to show these rates and them not be shown on the normal booking page.
I cannot use a standard discount code as the discount will be different depending on what people book so I need to show a special rate to a subset of visitors.
