Hello,

how do you handle the collection of the deposit when using Booking.com with their integrated payment processing system ? At the moment they do not offer the possibility to handle deposit.

I want to automate this as much as possible, so checks, cash, transfer... does not work for me.

Have you had luck using stripe on Booking.com and managing deposit automatically with it ?

You can set up an auto action with a payment request to request the guest to pay a deposit via Stripe. Have a look here:
