Pricelabs and channel pricing

Does anyone know if Pricelabs base their prices on the prices guests are prepared to pay on Airbnb etc, or the price on the owner's website? Obviously there is a huge service fee if guests book on Airbnb, so if Pricelabs price is the Airbnb price, then we would need to make our direct bookings cheaper.

Hello,
Sorry perhaps i am not fully understanding your question.
Pricelabs calculates the prices according to many variables, this prices are sent to Beds24 into Daily Prices, we than send this price to your connected booking channels.
It is possible to set a channel price multiplier, with the channel price multiplier you can raise or lower the price by a percentage for a specific channel.
