How do we go about this structure of taxes :

Room price : $660.00
First tax 0.035 : $23.10
sub total : $683.10

Second tax 0.05 of sub total : $34.16
Third tax 0.09975 of sub total : $68.14

Final total : $785.39

You will need to combine the second and the third tax to one. Please note that we can only support 4 digits after the decimal point.
