We currently take a 20% deposit at the time of booking which is refundable within a certain time frame if the booking is cancelled. this is automated through Stripe.
I am looking at setting up a lower non-refundable rate which would require the guest to pay the full amount at the time of booking.
Is it possible to automatically take the full amount through Stripe as I can only see 1 deposit setting?

You can set two diffrent deposits "Depostit Collection 1" and "Deposit Collection 2" in Settings > Payments > Payment Collection.

When you create a second offer you can set the "Booking Type" for the additional offer to "Deposit Collection 2".
