Is the best way to automatically extend availability a ~year in advance just to set fixed prices? Is there anything similar to Booking.com's "Copy Yearly Rates" where you just copy all daily prices from the past year to the next year, for example? Thanks.

Actually, it seems as if Fixed Prices aren't suitable for this. I was thinking I'd be able to use them like a default for only when no daily price was set.

You can export your Daily prices from Beds24 to excel or similar format.

Then edit the file and change the dates and prices if required.

Then you can use the API to update the prices with the new dates.

If you use Fixed prices, then you can change the 'Last night' if you want to extend the dates that the price should be available.

Thanks! It would still be nice if there was a simple built-in method, though (or even a way to import the spreadsheet back in. If I need to use the API I probably might as well write the full feature to draw the data from the API as well.)
