Remove daily price (2 or 3 or n) from calendar

I added a second daily price for a few rooms and then decided to remove it. I was able to easily set it to zero and remove all channel mappings for the second price but now I have a line on the calendar under 2 rooms with a second daily price that is just blank. It doesn't do anything but it confuses some of the employees. Is there a way to remove the second daily price blank line completely?

Go to Prices > Daily Price Rules and click 'Delete' next to Daily Price 2, this will delete the rule and remove the row from the calendar.
