Hello, is there a possibility in beds24 to record expenses for e.g. cleaning products?
Second question: how can monthly payments from long-term tenants be recorded in a meaningful way?

There is no facility to record expenses per property in Beds24. You can check the Apps & Integrations page for partners that can provide this functionality.

You should SLICE the booking by the dates, this will create a Group Booking.
Then you can generate the price per booking (month) and collect/record the payment.

You can record expenses in Beds24 by setting up a property "Expenses" with one room in (SETTINGS) PROPERTIES -> ROOMS. Add each expense as a booking with a negative value. You can then create custom reports which list all expenses.
If you need more functionality you can set up an integration with bedplus or another service which offer such functions.
