You can do this in the calendar...

Inventory is the number of units available for sale. The number is defined by the rooms set up in the system (SETTINGS->ROOMS->SETUP) and the number of bookings

Inventory can be changed in the CALENDAR but ever to a value which is higher than the total number of rooms minus the bookings you have.

If the guest cancels you can set the booking to "Cancelled" to free the room. Bookings from channels need to be cancelled in the channels extranet though. Otherwise the channel will charge you a commission. If the booking is from Booking.com you can report a "No Show" via the button in the "Details" tab of the booking.

Hello,
Thanks for the help.
I can report a No Show only after midnight, local time.
Thanks again.

In this case set the booking to "Cancelled". This will then be confirmed by Booking.com after you have reported the "No Show".

Remember that setting the booking to cancelled in Beds24 will reopen the room but this does not communicate the cancelled status back to the channel, you still need to use the "no show" button when available or notify the channel according to their instructions.
