-Is it possible that if they want to book for more multiple rooms, the 'book multiple' button dissapears automatically when they ask for more than 4 adults, so that they don't get the 'not available for this selection' message?

-Is it possible to give in the people they want to come with, and than give the dates that are still possible if the accomodotion is not available?

The system does not provide such a functionality but this could be achieved with Javascript. You could hire a developer to programme a script for you.
