Is it possible to show or make an overall calendar of the occupancy?
Is it possible to show a calendar on our website where you can see if it is possible to book all the rooms or just a few rooms, before you go to 'book now'

By default the booking page will show all rooms. There are various layouts available some of them do have availability calendars. For more information have a look a this help page: https://wiki.beds24.com/index.php?title ... oking_Page
In Settings > Booking Page > Page Design you will find a setting "Room Order". One option is to "Hide Unavailable" if this is what you want to do.
