Calender not showing all the details

Dear All

When I open the Calendar view, it only shows the bookings and not the minimum stay/override/rates and all that details.
I already check the settings with my colleges accounts and even ask to the administrator to change it but it looks the same.

Please let me know what I to do to change it.

Click on the "Show" button and tick the information you want to see.
