I am finding it difficult to print a cleaning report and the arrivals report does not contain the information I need - such as the unit/room guets are checking into - though this would have been included in standard report oas pretty basic info. Having to copy and paste report into word to print - bit long winded to be doing every day....

Have a look at the "Daily Unit Activity" report, this lists departures and arrivals by unit.
