Hi, i've setup an availability calendar on a page in the wordpress site ( this is still in the very early stages ): http://79.170.44.90/croftloft2.com/availability/

When i click on a date in the calendar to be taken to the booking page eg. 8th August, the url looks correct but when the booking page loads the wrong date is displayed in the booking form. I seem to also get different results if i try this on a mobile device, though as i mentioned the date in the url string seems to be correct, thanks.

Your booking strip seems to be working fine.

The availability calendar form needs to go to beds24.com with a redirect parameter back to your page, that way the dates will be populated in the iframe.

See the availability calendar example at this link:

Hi, yes the strip works fine though i can't get the availability calendar to work at all. I changed the script back to the default and added in the redirect back to my sites booking page, but this doesn't seem to pass back the dates to the booking form. I tried changing the action on the code to be set the same as the booking strip which seems to work better but the info in the url doesn't contain enough information for the booking page to be correct.

This is what the booking strip feeds through to the booking page:

http://79.170.44.90/croftloft2.com/book ... okingStrip

This is what the availability calendar feeds through to the booking page:

http://79.170.44.90/croftloft2.com/book ... r=Calendar

If i amend this to include the other fdate month and year then it displays correctly in the booking page:

http://79.170.44.90/croftloft2.com/book ... r=Calendar

Can soemone have a look at this?, thanks.

It looks to be working to me,

I click a date on the calendar and it opens the page with the iframe booking page containing the clicked date.

What I think is confusing is there is also a booking strip widget above the iframe and the booking strip is not being updated.
Can you remove it from that page, it is redundant and a little confusing to have the booking strip and the booking iframe on the same page.

Thanks, it would appear to be some kind of issue with firefox on Mac ( not sure if its the same on the pc ) . I tested it with safari and chrome on mac and it works as it should. Can you replicate this in firefox?

update - i've tested this on firefox on pc and it seems to work as it should, so it would seem to be localised to firefox on my mac as i've tested it on a few others so something must be causing a conflict, very strange. Thanks for the assistance

firefox on linux works ok, I will try firefox on mac later today.

Are you sure it's not a caching issue, i.e. restart the mac and see if it is still doing it.
