Hi.

Im currently having trouble with setting restrictions on a weekend.

I had it set so that we would accept one night bookings from sun - thurs at a certain rate, then we had a separate weekend rate with a restriction so that guests had to book a minimum of 2 nights, either the fri and sat or the sat and sun.

It was working perfectly however all of a sudden its now not allowing people to book the saturday and sunday. its saying only saturday is available but you cant book as it needs to be a min of 2 nights stay but they are unable to book the sunday too as its saying its unavailable yet its completely empty in our calender.

We never had an issue before but for some reason they can only book the sunday as a single night which is losing us weekend bookings. can anyone help with this?

The week rate runs from sun - thurs with check ins from sun - thurs and check out from mon - fri
The weekend rate runs from fri-sat with check ins on fri-sat and check outs on a sun-mon

Make sure you are only un-ticking the "Rate Allowed" on this night tick boxes for the weekdays, weekends respectively, leave the "Check-in Allowed" boxes ticked for the whole week

Remember that the "Check-in Allowed" tick boxes will make the rate completely unavailable to anyone checking-in on a deselected day.

For example, A guest arrives on a weekday but wants to stay through the weekend, if the weekend rate is deselected for check-in during on weekdays this guest will not be offered the weekend rate and unless you have some other rate for the weekend she will not be able to book.
