Avaibility Room Missing

Hi All.

It's the first time i have a trouble with bed 24 and it's kind of urgent. I have not contact support despite the message on the channel manager. I realized there is one kind of room , Family Villa which not appear anymore on b.com, agoda ... i try to update on their site but nothing change, so i guess it's come from bed 24 itself. Anyone had this kind of matter. It's really urgent as we only have 9 rooms and this kind of room represent already 3 of them and starting to don't show up from march 2025 which is the start of the busy season for us . thanks for your reply.
